ASHLEY HOLLAND
Ashley Holland brings extensive coaching experience at both the club and high school levels, with a strong reputation for developing disciplined, high-effort athletes. She has coached club volleyball for eight years across Fort Worth Fire and 360 Volleyball and currently serves as the Head Volleyball Coach at Trinity Leadership in Cedar Hill.
Ashley’s coaching style is centered on defensive discipline, consistency, and competitive mindset. She specializes in training liberos and defensive specialists while also working effectively with setters and hitters to build well-rounded players. She creates a high-energy, focused environment designed for athletes who are committed to improving and competing at a high level.
She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Geology.
As a player, Ashley competed for over 10 years, including at the collegiate level, and continues to play in adult leagues as a defensive specialist/libero. Her playing experience supports her detailed, fundamentals-driven approach to training and her ability to connect with athletes who share her passion for the game.
