Skills Training Info

Positional/Skill Training will start the week of Monday, September 16, 2024. These sessions are included in your club dues! These will be a great opportunity for the players to get early touches on the ball prior to official practices starting. These trainings are OPTIONAL. We understand that everyone has busy schedules right now and may not be able to attend all of these trainings that are offered. The format of these trainings will start as some skill/positional training and evolve into more team training as we progress through this pre-season training schedule. Please communicate with your coach directly so that they are informed if you are able to attend each week or not. Again, this is another OPTIONAL opportunity to get the girls/teams into the gym prior to the start of official team practices starting in late November.
