The TEJAS Volleyball Club was started in 2002 by Kevin Anderson and consisted of just a few local teams.  The club rapidly grew during the first 4 years and led to moving their operations inside the NYTEX Sports Centre.  After operating for 10 years inside the NYTEX Sports Centre, TEJAS Volleyball purchased their own facility, the North Texas Event Center, in Euless, TX.  Starting in 2018, TEJAS Volleyball utilized the facilities at Drive Nation Sports.  In 2020, TEJAS Volleyball moved their club into Grapevine Fieldhouse USA and picked up right where they left off.  In 2025, Tejas Volleyball will operate out of the Winning Edge Volleyball Center!

The TEJAS Volleyball Club has a rich history of producing top talent on teams that have consistently been ranked and recognized both regionally and nationally.  We will continue our vision of becoming THE elite volleyball club in the North Texas Region and Nationally.  Since the start of club and team rankings  (V-STAR) we have consistently been ranked one of the top clubs in the region, qualifying numerous teams each year the the GJNC National Championships.  Since 2005, the TEJAS Volleyball Club has qualified over 1oo teams  to the GJNC National Championships.

 TEJAS Volleyball Club’s mission is to produce technically skilled volleyball players who aspire to compete at the highest possible level.  To achieve this, our highly trained coaches provide focused, skill-based instruction in a supportive, team-building environment.  TEJAS Volleyball will cultivate a strong work ethic, a passion for competition, and a commitment to team culture to enable players to reach their full potential. 

The TEJAS Volleyball coaching staff is a reflection of the standards and values that define the club. We take great pride in the experience, knowledge, and character of our coaches, many of whom bring extensive backgrounds at the club, high school, collegiate, and national levels. Every coaching assignment is intentional, with a focus on placing the right coach in the right role to maximize both team success and individual athlete development. This approach ensures that our athletes are supported by coaches who not only understand the game at a high level, but are also committed to helping each player reach their full potential.
