Carrie Brown brings over 30 years of coaching experience and more than three decades of officiating at the high school and collegiate levels, offering a comprehensive and well-rounded understanding of the game. A graduate of North Carolina State University, she combines competitive experience with a deep knowledge of rules, strategy, and player development.

Now in her fifth season with TEJAS Volleyball, Carrie has also coached at several clubs across the DFW area, consistently demonstrating success in both team performance and athlete development. Her experience allows her to effectively teach both the fundamentals and the finer details of the game, helping athletes build a strong foundation while preparing them for higher levels of competition.

Known for her high-energy and engaging coaching style, Carrie creates a positive and structured environment where athletes can grow, compete, and enjoy the game. She emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and confidence, while fostering a culture that supports both individual development and team success.
