Erik Anderson has been a dedicated coach at TEJAS Volleyball for over 10 years, bringing a unique perspective as both a coach and parent, with two daughters who have come through the program. His long-standing involvement has given him a deep understanding of athlete development at every stage.

Erik has a strong passion for working with younger athletes, focusing on building the essential skills and fundamentals needed for long-term success in volleyball. He is heavily involved in TEJAS youth development programs, where he plays a key role in introducing the game and developing a strong foundation for future players.

A native of California, Erik grew up around volleyball and brings that lifelong connection to the sport into his coaching. Known for his organization, energy, and positive approach, he creates an environment that is both structured and fun. His athletes consistently enjoy playing for him while developing the confidence and skills needed to progress within the game.
