Kellsi Crow brings eight years of coaching experience and a strong passion for developing athletes in competitive, structured environments. As a Head Coach at TEJAS Volleyball Club, she has led her teams to excellent finishes at qualifiers and local tournaments, consistently competing at a high level.

In addition to her club role, Kellsi serves as the Head JV Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Founders Classical Academy in Lewisville, contributing to a varsity program that has achieved back-to-back District, Regional, and State Championships.

Kellsi’s coaching style emphasizes strong fundamentals, game IQ, and leadership development. She is committed to building confident, disciplined athletes while fostering a competitive environment that encourages growth both on and off the court.

As a player, Kellsi competed at a high level for Winter Park Volleyball Club in Orlando, Florida, before continuing her indoor and beach career at St. John’s River State College. She excelled as both a setter and libero and earned All-Sunbelt Conference First Team honors in 2018 and 2019.

Kellsi’s passion for the game drives her commitment to helping athletes develop the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to succeed at the next level.
