Tessa Crow (Glick) is a product of TEJAS Volleyball, where she trained from the age of 8 through 18s and developed into a high-level libero known for her consistency and defensive leadership. Her long-standing connection to the club gives her a strong understanding of the TEJAS system and athlete development pathway.

Following her club career, Tessa continued her success at the collegiate level, competing as a libero/defensive specialist and becoming a key contributor to her program. During her college career, she achieved significant milestones, including surpassing 2,000 career digs and establishing herself as a standout defensive player. 

In addition to her playing career, Tessa has always had a passion for giving back to the game. While still a TEJAS athlete, she served as a lead coach within the youth program, working closely with younger players and helping build the foundation for future success. 

Tessa brings a player-first approach to coaching, emphasizing defensive fundamentals, consistency, and confidence. Her experience as both a TEJAS athlete and collegiate player allows her to connect with athletes and guide them through their development with a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed at the next level.
